What is Guitar Made Easy?
Guitar Made Easy is a 12 week course of group classes designed for beginners or improvers of any age who want to play the guitar. The course is fast, fun and easy and no prior musical knowledge is needed. The course aims to teach people not only how to play, but also how to teach themselves in future.
 
What's different about Guitar Made Easy?
Everything! This is a music course designed for the 21st Century. Guitar Made Easy classes are quite unlike any other music classes you've ever attended. At Guitar Made Easy, playing music is regarded as a skill and not a talent. That means that anybody with the time and will to practice can learn quickly and easily - and yes, that includes you! At Guitar Made Easy, the focus is both on how well you play, and on how much you enjoy playing. No pointless exams. No needless theory. No pressure to perform. Just the sheer joy of playing music!
 
When do Guitar Made Easy classes run?
Classes run three times a year (January, April and September) in Oranmore, Knocknacarra, Tuam and Castlebar, and are designed for complete beginners with no prior musical knowledge - this course teaches you all you need to know using the most up-to-date methods. The course tutor is Kevin McNicholas, a full-time professional musician with over 25 years teaching experience.
