Tuam Citizens Information Centre provides free, confidential and impartial information on any subject to anyone who asks.

The Citizens Information Board is the national agency responsible for supporting the provision of information, advice and advocacy to the public on the broad range of social and civil services.

In addition to www.citizensinformation.ie , the Board is the support agency for the national network of Citizens Information Services and the Citizens Information Phone Service. The Citizens Information Board also supports the development of advocacy services for individuals, particularly those with a disability.

The Citizens Information Board produces and supports a number of other information initiatives.
