This comfortable house with landscaped gardens encompassing a stream and rustic bridge, is ideally situated on the Galway/Roscommon/Mayo border. Castlebar, Ballina, Westport and Athlone are all within an hours drive, while Knock airport is only 20 miles.

The village of Dunmore is 3 miles and has lively pubs with traditional music. Walkers are well catered for with the 'Sli na Siainte' scenic walk passing nearby. Golfers too are spoilt with more than 20 courses less than an hours drive.

Locally there is fishing at Lake O'Flynn with Loughs Corrib, Mask and Conn about 30 minutes away.  Shops, pubs and restaurant 3 miles.
 

 

Lounge/kitchen/diner, utility, bathroom with shower attachment, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms; 1 double with en-suite shower room, toilet and basin, 1 twin, 1 single. Oil central heating, open fire in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), fuel and power by meter reading at end of stay, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, high chair, colour TV, video, radio, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, enclosed front garden, garden furniture, small shallow stream in garden, young children may require supervision.
