Tuam Engineering (Hynes) Ltd, has one of the largest plate rolls installed
in Europe. Our 2½ inch x 8 foot machine is capable of rolling heavier
cross sections and narrower widths. Our machine is equipped with
pre-forming and cone rolling capabilities. We have extensive history
experience with rolling all types of materials, from carbon steel and AR
plate to aluminium and stainless steel, in all sizes and thickness. Our section rolling machinery are totally adjustable and can cater for a wide range of materials, sizes and roll orientations. Are machinery is capable of rolling some of the highest capacities in Ireland Our Shot Blasting and cleaning facility is suitable for cleaning, and is fitted with five 11Kw wheel units. The work opening will cater for a plate or multiple small sections of up to 1.5 metres wide and a hunched beam up to 1220mm high. |
