The
Company was incorporated in 1980. Until October 1998, the Company
was exclusively involved in public works. The Company was
restructured in October 1998 when the contracts manager, Tony Walsh
became a share holder and director. The Company has since
diversified into building, private developments and marine works.

In 2003, Patton Construction
(Ireland) Ltd, as part of its continuing expansion plan acquired
Norfolk Marine Ltd., a British registered company, which had an
excellent reputation in the construction of marine works
throughout Europe.
While Patton Construction
(Ireland) Ltd. is justifiably proud of the reputation it has
built up over the years, we are not a company that is prepared
to rest on its laurels. We continue to strive towards our only
standard, EXCELLENCE! |

Objectives
Hitherto, we have been involved mainly in
Public Works constructing roads, Water Treatment and Sewerage
Treatment Works and pipelines. In recent years the company
decided to re-structure and diversify into the private
commercial sector, marine works and DBO's. In this regard we
have entered into relationships and agreements with a number of
British Companies. We have entered into joint ventures with a
number of British registered companies in the past. It is our
intention to expand further into marine works and avail of the
significant funds allocated under the NDP. In this regard we
have taken over all the resources of Norfolk Marine Limited, a
UK registered Company who have carried out marine works in this
jurisdiction.
